Returns
You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
We conduct a thorough quality check on all orders to ensure each item meets your specifications and is the correct size. Before proceeding with a return, please review the following conditions:
● Returns are not accepted for issues related to the quality, quantity, or color of the fabric, as these are determined by the brand and are outside our control. Since we outsource all fabrics, we cannot accommodate returns based on brand-related concerns.
● For sizing issues, a return will only be processed if the delivered size does not match the size you selected when placing your order. A size chart with all measurements is provided next to the description of each item on our website.

Refunds
Upon receiving your item, we will conduct an inspection and inform you that your return has been processed. Following the inspection, we will update you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will promptly initiate a refund to your original payment method.
You can expect to see the credit in your account within 7 days.
Cancellation
After placing your order, if you wish to cancel for any reason, you have one day to do so. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Since we outsource all fabrics, we will not be able to cancel your order after this period. Please note that a 5% non-refundable processing fee will be applied, and 95% of your total order amount, including shipping charges, will be refunded.
If we need to cancel your order due to unavailability of fabrics, there will be no processing fee. You will receive a full refund of 100% of your payment.
Shipping
You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning an item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
However, in cases where the return is due to a stitching fault on our part, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed along with the item price.
